Between fact and fiction

There are no limits in representing art in the contemporary world. We interpret the world around us differently. What we see in the shadows might be different once the light is turned on. The students were able to find a subject that blurs the line between fact and fiction.

in the FUA’s Digital Imaging & Visual Art department during their Fall
2022 semester courses.
In this exhibit we present a selection of the works from the courses
of Advanced Digital Photography, Advanced Film Photography,
Intermediate Landscape and Architectural Photography, Introduction
to Street Photography, Introduction to Fashion Photography and Introduction to Ceramics.
FUA-AUF is proud to host this exhibition at Corridoio Fiorentino located inside Palazzo Villani Stiozzi Ridolfi. All members of the local community are invited to take part in this unique experience.

Non ci sono limiti nella rappresentazione dell’arte. Interpretiamo il mondo che ci circonda ognuno in maniera diversa. Ciò percepiamo come tale in ombra può diventare qualcosa di totalmente diverso una volta colpito dalla luce.

In questo percorso espositivo gli studenti di Arti Visive di FUA-AUF hanno esplorato la sottile linea di confine tra realtà e finzione. Intorno alle parole chiave “ombra”, “sogno”, e “interpretazione”, sono riusciti a costruire il lavoro di tutto il Semestre Autunnale.

In questa mostra sono esposti una selezione delle opere frutto del lavoro svolto dagli studenti dei corsi di Advanced Digital Photography, Advanced Film Photography, Intermediate Landscape and Architectural Photography, Introduction to Street Photography, Introduction to Fashion Photography and Introduction to Ceramics durante il semestre di Fall 2022.

FUA-AUF è orgogliosa di ospitare questa la mostra al Corridoio Fiorentino all’interno di Palazzo Villani Stiozzi Ridolfi, parte del Palazzi Community Center.
